III . Poor general condition , vomiting ( - ) , decreased consciousness , Wernicke 's encephalopathy
Wernicke encephalopathy :
- Capillary dilatation and ventricular hemorrhage in the corpora mamilaria 3 and 4
- Symptoms : nystagmus , diplopia , mental changes
